Juliette was born in Ibarra, Ecuador but grew up mostly in Ottawa. She is currently in her last year of her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Ottawa. She has joined the Koti lab in May 2020 as part of her last co-op term and is working on a project that aims to investigate the role of myeloid cells and NF1 deficiency in high-grade serous ovarian cancer.
